Secure Shopping

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. . We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us

Delivery Promise

All orders are normally despatched to the delivery address that you supply within 5 working days of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.


Delivery Charges

All Orders are charged at a flat rateregardless of how many items you order.

Standard P&P charges with in UK are  £2.50 per parcel
Special Delivery charges within UK are £ 5.70 per parcel
Standard P&P charges outside UK are  £4.50 per parcel
Special Delivery charges outside UK are £7.40 per parcel


Payment

We accept UK sterling currency

Credit/Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta. The company reserves the right to decline any order where there is a discrepency in card details.


Supply of Goods

Due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of products. If an item is no longer available, then you will be notified and given the opportunity to choose an alternative item or cancel your order.

Pricing

The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Returns

We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 5 working days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge). You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.
For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set.

Errors & Omissions

Saloni cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website. If a product you have ordered has as incorrect price due to an error we have made, we will notify you before delivery and give you the option of cancelling or altering your order.

 Export Ristriction
